Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to My Inner Look ("MIL"). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and form a binding agreement between you (the client) and us (My Inner Look). By booking with MIL, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking and Invoices

  • Invoices: Once your booking details are confirmed, MIL will email you an invoice. Payment of the required deposit secures your reservation.

  • Deposit: A deposit is required within 3 days of receiving the invoice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future bookings within one year if you cancel.

  • Balance: The final balance is due at the end of your session, prior to artists departing. Accepted payment methods include credit card, Venmo, or PayPal.

  • Credit Card Authorization: Clients must complete a credit card authorization form. This is securely held and may only be charged in the event of cancellation, no-shows, or additional fees as outlined in these Terms.

3. Fees and Surcharges

  • Parking Fees: If applicable, parking fees are added to the final balance per beauty artist.

  • Early Morning Fee: Services scheduled before 7:00 AM incur an additional fee per beauty artist.

  • Holiday Fees: $50 per beauty artist on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Independence Day. $25 per beauty artist on other U.S. holidays.

4. Scheduling and Client Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: By booking services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age (or of legal contracting age in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

  • Attendees: Please confirm the number of people requiring services as early as possible. This allows us to allocate the correct number of artists.

  • Late Arrival: A fee of $25 applies for every 30 minutes of client delay. Appointments cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time. Incomplete services due to late arrival remain billable.

  • Missed Appointments: If a client does not respond or appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be canceled and the full fee charged.

  • Preparation: Clients should arrive with a clean face (moisturizer permitted) and clean, completely dry hair. Additional charges apply for blow drying. Venue setup must provide adequate table or counter space near an electrical outlet.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Individual Appointments: Cancellations may be made up to 72 hours in advance. Deposits remain non-refundable but can be credited toward future bookings.

  • Groups of 5 or More: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service amount.

  • No-Shows: The full scheduled service fee will be charged for no-shows.

6. Service Provision

  • MIL commits to providing luxury mobile makeup and hair styling services as agreed upon in your booking.

  • A team of artists will be assigned based on the number of attendees and requested services. Arrival times and artist details will be shared prior to the event.

7. Liability, Indemnification, and Safety

  • Health and Allergies: Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions in advance. MIL is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

  • Durability Disclaimer: Our services are designed for long wear and heat resistance, but we are not liable for changes caused by external activities (e.g., swimming, exercise, weather, or venue conditions).

  • Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIL, its owners, and artists from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by MIL.

  • Safety of Artists: MIL artists reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the working environment is unsafe or inappropriate. In such cases, deposits will be retained.

8. Photographic Consent and Intellectual Property

  • With your permission, MIL may capture photographs of our services for promotional use. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform us in advance.

  • All promotional images, videos, and content created by MIL remain the intellectual property of MIL unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Termination of Agreement

  • By Client Breach: MIL may terminate this agreement in cases of client breach, with deposits retained.

  • By MIL: In the event MIL must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will review the situation and may issue a refund at our discretion.

10. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal details (e.g., name, contact info, service preferences) for the purpose of delivering and improving our services.

  • Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store credit card details.

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving text communications from MIL. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA.
