Welcome to My Inner Look. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and form a binding contractual agreement between you, the client, and us, My Inner Look.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with My Inner Look, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with your booking.

3. Booking and Payment

Initial Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms your appointment.
Final Invoice: The final invoice will include the total cost of the services you selected on the booking form. This includes any additional services you may have requested.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your invoice is due on the day of the service. This ensures that all payment formalities are completed, allowing you to enjoy our beauty services without any hassle.
Additional Charges: If there are any additional charges beyond the initial booking, a 29% deposit on these additional charges is required upon the issuance of the invoice to secure the updates to your booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the booked service date. Cancellations after this period may incur additional charges.
In the case of a no-show, the full cost of the booked service will be charged.

5. Service Provision

My Inner Look commits to delivering high-quality beauty services as selected by the client through the booking form.
Clients must inform My Inner Look of any allergies or specific health concerns that may affect the service.
My Inner Look reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. Service Allocation

Service time allocation is based on the number of services booked and the available time window provided by you.
My Inner Look will allocate artists as required to complete the services within the specified time frame, subject to artist availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Inner Look is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, losses, or expenses.

Personal Information: We collect names, contact details, and service preferences to provide and improve our services.
Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through a third-party service; we do not store these details.
Your personal information is not sold or rented.
Personal information collected through the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from My Inner Look.
